Yes absolutely, I will work in whatever way is best for you. Think of me as part of your team, supporting you behind the scenes with design and artwork ready to present to your clients. I will never make contact with your client directly.
I will fit in however works best for you... some clients brief me and I never speak to their end client at all. Other clients prefer to bring me in once the relationship is established. I will work around your process, which we can determine at the start and fine tune as we go.
A long-term working relationship is where the real value is for both of us. The longer we work together, the less you need to explain when briefing projects. I get to know your clients, your standards and the way you brief things. Some of my client relationships go back decades. Think of me as part of your team, not a supplier you have to re-brief every time. For ongoing work, you may like to consider one of my retainer packages, where a set number of hours are available to use each month as you wish for the projects you have on the go. Email me in the first instance to chat through what might work best for you.
Just drop me a line about your project or what you're after. If it sounds like something I can help with, I'll get a few details from you to get set up, then move on to gathering the brief and content. I even have content collection forms to guide you through the sort of information I need from you. Easy peasy.
Yes, I am used to stepping into a project that is already underway. This can be a brand that's already up and running, a style that someone else has begun, or a project handed over part-way through. I am also happy to join other team members such as copywriters, social media marketers etc. I have a lot of experience in this so you can trust that I will work happily alongside others.
I know how much a missed deadline reflects on you, so I'll always be upfront about how long a project will take and when to expect it back. If you've got a specific deadline, just let me know. If it's a tight deadline but doable, I'll get cracking.
Email is best – I'm available Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm. I might not always be at my desk in that window, but you'll always hear back within a couple of working days. Keep an eye on your spam folder too, they seem to love my emails!
Brand identity packages include up to three rounds of amendments as standard. For other projects, revisions are discussed as we go – just let me know if something's not quite right.Amendments after a job's done and dusted are just part of working life too, so don't worry about coming back to me. Send them over and I'll give you an idea of how long they'll take and whether any additional costs will apply.
These types of projects make up a lot of what I do. You can use me as a design resource whenever a project lands on your desk. Just pass it on over and I'll get going with it.
If you prefer to have a bank of design hours to tap into rather than working on a project basis, a retainer is a great option. An agreed number of hours per month are reserved/booked in (at a discounted rate) for you to use however you wish… social media graphics, lead magnets, launch or event materials etc. (branding packages and any print costs are not included).
Get in touch and we can work out which level of retainer would work for you.
Usually I will give you a clear price upfront so you know exactly what you bill your end client. If there is the potential that the project might require amendments or revisions beyond the original quote, I will let you know at the start and charge these either per amend or using an hourly rate.
I'll invoice you for the design work and any print (if applicable) – payment is usually needed before I start, unless we've agreed otherwise.Retainers are invoiced at the start of the month, and once payment is received your hours will be reserved.Payment is via bank transfer.
Yes, I'm happy to sign these no problem. I am used to being discreet when working as white-label for clients.
